After years of careful, methodical development, the MV is finally here. The MDC MV is the next gen evolution for the MDC AA series. With the capable new engine, choose high power 14500 lithium cells to get the maximum power of 550 lumens, or continue to use readily available commodity AA batteries with the same 3 beloved modes.

The MDC MV 1AA brings powerful new improvements to the beloved AA engine. We preserved the efficient boost driver for use with standard alkaline AA, NiMH rechargeables, and lithium primary L91, with the same great sublumen LowLow mode.

When you pop a powerful Lithium-ion 14500 cell into the MV, it goes the distance, with more than 4x the output
on AA.

Finally, like all of the next generation V3 series, the MV is field configurable, allowing you to select from 7 preset mode groups. Off-time mode switching makes using the MV even more intuitive than ever.

When using lithium-ion chemistry, we recommend the usage of protected 14500 cells in this light as there is no LVP.
